The smokey haze of the city blues,
Erodes away my authencity.
Until barefoot I stroll,
Through tall trees.
Until submerged in water,
Stripped nude.
In hope to return to the roots of my beng.
Scrambling through needle sharp thorns,
Over twigs and stones,
Of decomposing bones.
Hot and Sticky, Muddy and bloody.
Am I totally going insane,
Am I running far far away.
Surely not when I feel so alive.
Naked Body immersed in a collective of rains.
Tears of the skies, gathered in one river lane,
Chest bared open.
Mind surrendered from all thoughts.
As I drown away my pains,
As I dissolve away my disdains,
To become whole again.
To become whole again.
To return again, return again, return again…To me.
Lungs hurting, from all the exerted panting.
Heart thumping from all the expansion,
My mind is swirling, swirling introspection.
I fall into.
A whirlwind of searching for all the different reasons,
For where I am now.
Soul is drooling with a ravenous hunger,
For something that is far far beyond.
Scrambling through needle sharp thorns,
Crimson blood oozing, soles of feet brusing.
Topsy turvey, Round upside down.
Am I loosing grip on the ropes.
Am I crossing the lines,
Am I loosing my mind.
Surely not when I feel alive.

Ocean tides and water rising with the moon.
Whizzing past, a shooting star.
